Terms of Trade
  1. We ask for a non refundable NZ$50 per person per day deposit to confirm a booking.
  2. All bookings are subject to the weather - the decision to sail is made by the skipper.
  3. If we can't sail because of the weather, we try to schedule another day as soon as possible.
  4. If we can't arrange a suitable alternative sailing day, you don't pay and your deposit will be refunded.
  5. Charter fees and deposits can be paid by credit card, cash or direct bank transfer. We have Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard facilities.
  6. If guests cancel their booking within 24 hours of their sailing day, the full amount is payable.
  7. If guests cancel between 7 days and 24 hours of their sailing day, half the amount is payable.
  8. If guests cancel a booking, the deposit is lost.
  9. If guests alter a booking more than 4 weeks before their sailing day, the deposit is transferrable.
  10. All guests must be over 13 years of age.
